Instinct are working with a highly regarded Digital Learning provider who create bespoke learning content for a global client network as well as offering a well known Learning Management System.
They work with many household brands already and are looking to ramp up their new business client base heavily in 2025!
The role
This is a varied position covering your own “New Business” target where you will uncover and approach new client contacts to offer the business services and bring new customers onboard.
You will also be responsible for leading a small team who will have their own targets as well as a team target.
As well as these areas, you will analyse the current sales strategy and how the team work currently. You will then create a new strategy to overhaul the sales approach to drive new business sales going forward.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful person to have a huge input in the sales structure and approach.
The person
- You will be highly experienced within a senior Sales position and have a proven record of growing new business
- You will have strong knowledge of digital learning, having worked for a learning agency or platform.
- This person will have managed a small team and will have the confidence to work to the team’s strengths and develop any weaknesses where necessary
- You will be confident in coming up with fresh ideas to identify potential clients and look at new ways of working
- You will need to have excellent communication skills to liaise with the sales team and wider teams on a global basis, taking into account different time zones

This position will offer a competitive overall OTE package circa £115,000 depending on experience.
This is a remote position although you will have the opportunity to arrange team meet-ups if required.
