Instinct is proud to be working with a public sector client embarking on an exciting, large-scale initiative to create a new training programme focusing on recruitment and onboarding for new starters.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a team of 16 learning specialists including blended learning designers, content developers, videographers and video editors. This role is perfect for a collaborative individual who can manage a learning team and liaise directly with external bodies and L&D colleagues to coordinate the design and development of a new blended learning program. 

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be an experienced manager of learning teams. 
  • Be able to develop and execute blended learning strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives. 
  • Be able to develop relationships and maintain strong lines of communication with both internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Have experience working with learning technologies, including but not limited to Learning management systems. eLearning authoring tools, virtual reality, video creation.
  • Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles and adult learning principles.
